DP Media is publishing company. They are an outsource partner who publish imformation and generate revenue on behalf of a diverse range of professional organisations and bodies.
What was needed was a straightforward information web site. It needed to capture the services of the company in a nutshell so that's what we delivered.
The identity of the web site needed to be different. We developed a natural theme around the extertise DP Media has in its field - 'take a leaf out of our book' was the original by-line that guided the leaves and growing, organic design. Of couse, room for expansion was built in as standard with some neat design elements weaved between the accessible XHTML and CSS. Elements like the main menu and the home page services images. At the end of the project the clients turned in to friends which is always the most profitable way to work. So in the future, as well as more collaboration with DP media, we'll be watching the footy over a pint occassionally too.
The site is a XHTML 1.0 / CSS 2 build using the latest interoperable technology and W3C / WAI standards for maximum accessibility using any media. It features and text and full images version and will print, display and be read well in all standards complaint web browsers.
