A leading energy supplier in Belgium partnered with Gr0w to scale their customer acquisition — but two major issues were undermining performance:

1. High Volume of Existing Customers
   A staggering 25% of leads turned out to already be customers of this specific energy provider. Since these leads couldn’t be converted, the net cost per usable lead was too high.
2. Low Purchase Intent
   The client's offer was a single supplier deal, but many leads contacted the call center just to compare prices across multiple providers. This resulted in a 15% disqualification rate due to the wrong intent.

Gr0w redesigned both the ad funnel and lead capture flow to qualify leads before they entered the sales pipeline.

✅ Filtering Existing Customers
We added a clear message in both the ad and the lead form that stated: “This offer is not available if you’re already a customer of [Energy Supplier X].” This simple but explicit message helped self-filter unqualified traffic.

✅ Eliminating Comparison Seekers
We created new ad creatives that focused strictly on the unique value of the client’s proposition. All messaging around “comparing offers” was removed to set the right expectations from the first click.
