One of Belgium’s largest solar panel providers was facing two key challenges that threatened the profitability of their lead generation:

1. Low Contact Rate
   Only 48% of the leads delivered were actually being reached by phone. This meant sales teams were wasting time and budget on unreachable contacts.
2. Low Buying Intent
   Among the people who were reached, 15% indicated they were “just looking for information” with no intention to purchase in the short term. This made lead qualification inefficient and sales conversations ineffective.

Gr0w implemented two simple but powerful changes to the lead funnel:

✅ Improving Reachability
We added an extra confirmation step at the end of the lead form, informing the user that they would receive a call within 24 business hours. To reinforce this, we also integrated a WhatsApp flow that instantly sent a message asking during which part of the day they prefer to be contacted. This made users more alert, more responsive — and helped the call center optimize calling hours.

📈 Result: Contact rate increased from 48% to 63%.

✅ Filtering Passive Leads
We included a key qualifying question in the form: "How soon are you planning to make a decision?" If the user selected "Just looking for information", that lead would automatically be disqualified before being sent to the client.

📈 Result: The share of "non-buyers" among spoken leads dropped from 15% to 6%, increasing conversion efficiency and ROI per lead.
